Meet the Mink Team: Combined, we have over
forty-five years of interiors, marketing and real estate experience.
We promise to provide you with the highest quality design advice and
presentation knowledge available.
DEB LINDNER: Director
Deb is a self-confessed design junkie who began her career in interiors at the age of 5 – when she finally convinced her mother that her lilac bedroom walls really did NOT match the green carpet and they HAD to go! She was right – and has been styling, creating and designing ever since. Deb is an entrepreneur, trainer, published author, professional singer, mother, consultant and property stylist. (Whew!) After 15 years of marketing and and design experience she discovered her true passion (and expertise) and founded Mink Home. Coming from a graphic design background, Deb loves styling with bold graphic pieces paired with beautiful luxury furniture.
SAMANTHA PLATT: Senior Stylist
Interior Designer and French bulldog lover, Samantha has had a lifelong passion for all things property. With over 20 years industry experience (we know, she doesn’t look old enough, does she?), she has been a home renovator, real estate agent, interior designer, visual merchandiser and business consultant – is there anything this woman can’t do? She brings a wealth of real estate marketing expertise to the team. Having personally renovated and flipped 13 properties, Samantha knows exactly which paint colours sell well and where to get the best deals on flooring, carpets and window coverings. She can tell you exactly where to invest your money and what NOT to waste it on if you want the best sale result… In her own home, Samantha adores her Mid Century pieces and is always re-styling – things don’t stay the same for very long!
NICK LINDNER: Director
Inline hockey pro, surfer and chocoholic, Nick has had a multitude of careers over the years…microbiologist, aid worker, maths teacher, corporate trainer, business analyst, youth worker and software developer – the list goes on and on. (We’re still struggling to keep up!) Nick proudly calls himself the ‘style zombie’…and isn’t usually allowed out of the house if he dressed himself. Nick is very much a people person – and he LOVES a chat (ask any of our regular clients!).
